1. Warranty Coverage

We provide a limited warranty on repair services and parts supplied by our clinic. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for the durationof the warranty.

2. Claim Process

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us via phone or email within the warranty period.
  2. Provide proof of service receipt and repair details.
  3. Bring the device to our clinic for evaluation.

If the defect is covered, we will repair or replace the faulty part free of charge.
