1. Prices

Our products are sold at the price (MUR) advertised on the website at the time of your order. We reserve the right to change the prices at any time, prior to the confirmation of your order, without notice.

All prices are inclusive of VAT applicable at the time of your order.

2. Payment

As our website does not process online payments, payment must be made upon delivery or collection in the form agreed with our team (e.g., cash, bank transfer, or MCB Juice transfer). Orders will only be released once full payment has been received.

3. General Terms

• You must show your National Identity Card (NIC) as proof of identity and quote your Order Number before delivery or collection can be made. Your NIC number will be recorded by the carrier or our agent at the pick-up point.
• If a third party takes delivery of your order, they must show their own NIC before delivery. The carrier or agent will record their NIC number.
• We will not be liable for late or non-delivery of products or for any loss, damage, or prejudice suffered as a result of incorrect delivery information provided or due to events beyond our reasonable control.

4. Delivery

• Only one delivery address is allowed per order.
• We endeavour to deliver within Standard delivery: 3-5 business days.
• Delivery is made on working days only, between 09h00 and 17h00, without prior notification.
• Products will be delivered by the company's delivery team, to the address provided at checkout.

5. Warranty

• Unless otherwise stated, the warranty period for products is one (1) year from the date of purchase.
• Warranty terms are subject to the conditions stated on the warranty certificate of each product.
• Customers should ensure they receive a warranty certificate upon delivery or collection.

6. Intellectual Property

The content of this website is protected by copyrights, trademarks, databases, and other intellectual property rights.

You may copy or store website content only for personal, non-commercial use, provided all copyright and proprietary notices remain intact.

It is strictly prohibited to use this website for purposes other than viewing information and placing orders.

7. Data Protection

By registering with us and ordering, you consent to us collecting, recording, and processing your personal data to process orders, improve services, and inform you of promotions and offers. All data is collected lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2017.

8. Applicable Law
